Customer questions
What do your clients love most about your performances?
Clients often comment on the power and emotion in my voice, my versatility and my warm, natural connection with an audience. I can take a room from an intimate ballad to a full dance floor, tailoring every performance to the occasion while making guests feel involved, entertained and genuinely part of the show.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
International venues include Shenzhen Grand Theatre and Window of the World, China; Embassy Suites Philadelphia; and TRH Mijas, Spain. UK highlights include The Culloden Estate and Spa, Albert Hall Conference Centre, Pride Park and Pirelli stadiums, Derby Conference Centre, The Duchess Theatre, Flamingo Land Resort and Pontins, Prestatyn Sands.
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
My first and greatest musical influence was my late dad. Singing a duet with him was my first introduction to life on stage, and he introduced me to Al Jolson and the timeless storytelling of classic songs. I’m also influenced by Céline Dion, Whitney Houston, Lady Gaga, Cher, musical theatre and classical crossover.
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
My highest-profile gig was performing my debut single at the Mrs Globe final at Window of the World, Shenzhen, before an estimated live audience of 7,000. The international campaign went on to reach over 100 million online and TV views and 2.2 million downloads. My HMV EP launch remains my proudest UK “pinch-me” moment.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
I’ll always do my best to be flexible. If your timings change, please let me know as soon as possible and I’ll accommodate them wherever I can. Significant changes or additional waiting time may affect availability or the fee, but I will always discuss this with you first.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Yes. I can provide suitable background or party music through my PA before the performance and between my sets. You’re welcome to send me your favourite songs or a do-not-play list in advance. A full DJ or Karaoke service beyond the booked performance times can also be arranged and quoted separately.
How much time do you need to set up?
I usually allow around one hour before the performance to unload, set up my PA and lighting, and complete a sound check. With easy access, I may be ready sooner, but having the full hour ensures everything is prepared properly without disrupting your event.
Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to select your favourites from my repertoire and let me know about any songs you would prefer me to avoid. I’ll use your choices to personalise the performance while arranging the final running order to give your event the best flow, variety and atmosphere.
Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?
Yes. I’m fully self-contained and bring my professional PA system, microphones, backing-track equipment and stage lighting. I simply require a safe power supply and a suitable performance area. For larger venues with an in-house sound system, I’m also happy to connect to their equipment.
Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
Yes, I’m happy to learn a special song for your event where possible. Please provide at least four weeks’ notice so I have time to source the backing track and rehearse it properly. This service costs £30 per song, plus any specialist backing-track or arrangement costs, which will always be agreed with you in advance.
