Foxstep

Foxstep is a 6 piece Jazz, Swing and Blues band consisting of some of Scotland's finest musicians. With dual male and female vocals, saxophone, and double bass, we really are a new band with an old soul. Performing hit songs like "I Just Wanna Make Love To You" and "Cheek To Cheek" and music from artists including Etta James, Michael Bublé, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and Samara Joy among many others, Foxstep will being a retro, upbeat and dancy vibe to any event. Equally at home at drinks receptions and as the main event for a full dancefloor, Foxstep will have any event feeling like it has time travelled to the golden age of Jazz, or to a prohibition era speakeasy. Our name comes from a combination of the Foxtrot and the Two Step, two dances from the eras of music that we love to perform. We chose it because that's exactly what we want our audiences to do; dance! Our band is made up of the highest calibre of specialist musicians who have played with some of the world's top acts, and who all make a full-time living doing what they love. We provide full PA system and lighting and can cater to different budgets and space requirements. We offer 2, 3, 4 and 5-piece options as well as our full 6-piece outfit.
