Superb service, lovely chap who provided my 16 year old daughter with an excellent party and night to remember. DJ Remy totally engaged with the guests and kept them dancing till the very end… He wasn’t the cheapest but happy he could be the best…

Overall we where really satisfied with the performance in our Flagship store Tezenis. Having a DJ act in store will always attract people and refresh the mood in the store. However the initial request was to play Christmas themed songs combined with mainstream pop/rock hits, as this was a Christmas Party. The songs where not present until the end where with a few Xmas songs the footfall visibly increased. Our target audience are between 18-25's so although the playlist was familiar and fun, we noticed that not many visitors where inclined to it. Remmy is a great DJ and we did appreciate his presence in our store and wish him all the success in the future. Thank you

It really was a great evening - as I'm sure you realised from so many smiling faces and so many people who enjoyed the opportunity to dance. The caller sized us up very quickly and put together a great programme of dances to appeal to the more and less experienced dancers - We so appreciated your musicianship and the blend of instruments. Remko - your sound and light system created a great atmosphere, I genuinely think people would have danced all night, given half the chance! Many people have already said what fun they had and how much they enjoyed the evening. These are sobering times so thank you so much for helping us create a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere where we could celebrate birthdays and friendship. Lilac, you were so helpful from our very first conversation and made sure everything ran so smoothly. I feel sure we'll find another opportunity to book you all again. Dear Lilac & Remko, I just wanted to send a thank you to you and the band for the 2 August performance. Everyone really enjoyed the music and commented on how the country band was excellent. I appreciate your learning the songs I sent over- I think you did a brilliant job. You also did a great mix of music that went really well together, we really enjoyed dancing to it. My husband said he thought you and your band made the weekend, you were his favorite and that is saying a lot considering we had 4 performances that weekend. What if my timings change after I've booked you?

When you book with me, I keep that date & time in my diary just for you. I understand that timings for any event can vary and always remain as flexible as possible within reason while communicating with you prior to and throughout the event. Please note: Additional fees may apply for finishing after midnight (in line with Musician Union regulations).

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

All my bookings include a bespoke DJ playlist service throughout the event, tailored to all your song requests. Live DJ sets are also available at a special price.

How much time do you need to set up?

1-2hrs. * Generally, the earlier I can get in - the better * Timings vary based on the amount of lighting required * Setup is normally quiet, besides the last 15-30min of sound check * When meal & entertainment happen in the same hall, some venues supply a divider screen for me to set up behind while guests are dining.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

You can select ALL your songs, and even select some songs which aren’t on my list. I love playing new songs, and ensuring your sets are fully tailored and unique to your event.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Indeed I do. Remember, music can only sound as good as the amplification it's playing through. That's why I use PAT-tested high-end amplification, as well as colour-coordinated party & mood lighting, to ensure everything looks & sounds the best it can for your event.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes. Playing new tracks keeps me quick on my feet and keeps my repertoire fresh. This will normally be free of charge. * In case you have an exceptional request (i.e anything especially pre-mixed, or rare track that needs to be purchased) I may have to charge a bit extra.
