Chris Olsen

Chris is a saxophonist with almost 20 years of live experience performing at weddings and other events. He is a versatile player and can perform in various styles including pop, jazz and Ibiza/house. Whether you want music to walk down the aisle to, music to provide atmosphere to your event, or music to get people dancing, Chris will work with you to create the perfect soundtrack for your wedding/event. Although he is new to Encore, Chris has extensive function experience and has also played at prestigious events such as the Wimbledon Championships and the Cheltenham Jazz Festival, as well as being a regular with The Ibiza Orchestra. Chris can provide a lower cost alternative to a sax & DJ duo, as a solo artist, providing sax accompaniment to his specially curated sax party playlist. He provides his own sound and lighting equipment and has a selection of playlists, should you want him to provide music before and/or after he performs. Chris is a regular feature with renowned party bands such as Tux Fizz and 29 Fingers. He has performed to audiences in Europe, Africa, Australia and North America, as a touring musician and a resident “Club Med Artiste” at 5* resorts.
