What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

I performed at Sheffield City Hall for a masquerade ball charity event in the ball room. I was placed on a balcony and everyone was smartly dressed with masquerade masks. It felt very posh and I felt honoured to be singing for the event. Another time is when I performed for a wedding ceremony at Leasowe Castle and Hazelwood Castle. I felt like a princess!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

That's absolutely no problem at all, as long as I am available. On one occasion a couple changed their mind about the package they originally booked (Evening) and wanted to change it to the ceremony (daytime). Also, if the start time discussed for a drinks reception is 2.15 but you don't arrive to the venue until 2.30, don't worry, I won't start until then!

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes I can play background music in-between sets if discussed before hand. This can be music by famous artists or just backing tracks.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually arrive at least 1 hour to 1.5 hours before my start time. Especially if it's a new venue that I'm not familiar with I like to arrive a bit earlier to get a feel of the venue, and introduce myself to the staff. It's also lovely to have time to record a sound check video to show my clients after their day.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Of course! Most certainly. Every booking has the ability to choose every song from my repertoire. For example, an hour is 15 songs on average. And if it's not on my list, you're more than welcome to request it subject to availability of a suitable backing track and suitability to my voice. I always try my very best.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes. I have a Bose L1 model II speaker with a SUB1 along with a tonematch mixer and a range of high quality microphones from the Shure Super 55 vintage to the SE electronicis V7. I also have the Bose S1 pro battery powered speaker which is great for smaller rooms & venues and even outdoor use where electric isn't available.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes of course, I am more than happy to learn new songs that aren't in my repertoire subject to availability of a suitable backing track and suitability to my voice. But I always ask for these songs to be requested as soon as possible for the event date.
