Blinding Lights

Thanks for you review and feedback Alice. We take it on board. 20 years experience has taught us that at a smaller wedding it can be difficult to realistically expect a full dance floor all night long, especially in-between band sets. In many ways guests enjoy a break in-between sets so that they can recharge, enjoy a drink (and the sunshine that you were blessed with) and actually listen to the so tunes being played (that you chose) rather than dance to them. Again, experience has taught us that two longer sets works better than 3 or 4 shorter ones otherwise people are up and down like yo-yos with shorter sets. By the time they get into the songs then it’s time to have a break again. It’s never really worked very well for us and seems to confuse guests. They run out of energy by the time the last set starts.. Anyway we’re glad you had a great wedding evening, it was a pleasure to play for you. It’s a shame you didn’t manage your father and daughter dance. We’d lean’t that ‘fairly’ well for you as well. All the best and if we can be of assistance in the future please give us a shout.

Thank you Kathryn. It was a pleasure to play at your jubilee event, and it great to be a part of the villages celebrations. Everyone made us feel very welcome and we're glad we could bring a bit of sunshine to proceedings, despite the rain! We had a blast, and would love to come and play for you all again!
