Whether you're looking to inject your office event or wedding with a youthful party energy, or wanting a great acoustic atmosphere for a social event, we've got you covered. Our musicians are experienced on the UK function circuit and deeply care for tailoring our music for each client, from modern top 40 hits to classic pop, funk, soul, rock, disco and R&B tunes.

We had The Bloomsbury Group play at our wedding and they were simply fantastic. The process for booking the band was very straightforward and any questions we had were answered swiftly. With their wide repertoire of songs, agreeing on a playlist that suited the style we wanted was easy. There was one song in particular we wanted played, and despite it not being ‘mainstream’ the band learnt it which made the day extra special. After the wedding we received so many compliments about the band and they certainly made sure the dance floor was packed all evening long. AMAZING BAND!! We had the Bloomsbury Group play at our wedding anniversary party and they were absolutely fab!! There was no set song list as our guests had different tastes in music but the band took requests and had everyone up on their feet. Our guests loved it and so did we. I would definitely recommend the Bloomsbury Group, such talented musicians. We will definitely be booking you again. Thank you for making our party a blast!

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

We strive to make sure the line-up you see is what you get on the night. However, we have a pool of pre-audititioned dep musicians available in case a band member falls ill or is unavailable. As a professional band our reputation means everything so you can be confident that all of our players are of the very highest level!

Do you have different line-up options?

Our Line-Ups are as follows: 6 Piece: 2 x Vox, 1 x Vox/Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keys/Guitar 5 Piece: 1x Vox, 1 x Vox/Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keys/Guitar 4 Piece: 1 x Vox/Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keys/Guitar 3 Piece: 1 x Vox/Guitar, 1 x Vox/Bass, Drums 2 Piece: 1 x Vox, 1 x Vox/Guitar/Stomp Box

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We have a consultation with each one of our clients where we discuss any changes in times, extended sets or anything else extra after the initial booking :)

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We provide DJ services in between sets. Choose from our own custom playlists or send us your own!

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up (usually takes 30 mins) we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However we can also tailor our setlist to exactly what you want for your special day, which we can discuss in the consultation :)

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Our PA and lighting system is included in your quote.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. We can discuss this in the consultation :)
