Pally Matharu

Pally Matharu is a multi-instrumentalist/producer/composer from Birmingham, UK. A self taught musician and late bloomer, Pally first picked up an acoustic guitar aged 20 and immediatley fell in love with it and never looked back. Many hours of practise,dedication and learning to play by ear Pally also learned to play Electric Guitar & Piano. Pally has since then been honing his craft by performing Electric Guitar and Piano at a number of weddings & events across the UK over the past 7 years, serenading audiences with instrumental covers of songs from genres ranging from Bollywood, Pop, RnB, Punjabi and Hip-Hop. It has also lead to himself being nominated for Best Musician & Best Asian Act at the Bhangra Awards & Birmingham Music Awards. Pally was also featured on BBC Music Introducing for BBC Radio WM with his self composed & produced Instrumental Vision EP. Producing and composing music is a passion that also lies within Pally and his recent Instrumental Vision EP is an example this. Pally’s influences lay in many genres from RnB/Soul, Pop, Funk, Bhangra and Hip-Hop.
