Becca Howe Music

Growing up with musical parents (Mum, a fabulous rhythm and Blues singer and Dad, a brilliant rock drummer), attending their rehearsals and gigs and singing in Church naturally set Becca up to be a singer. From singing and dancing in shows from a very young age both in school, college and external theatre companies and groups, to then earning a First Class (Hons) Degree in Performing Arts at University. Following this, Becca landed a role in a touring theatre company for 6 months and then joined a band as the front woman, performing all over Surrey, her stomping ground. She also became a part-time singing and guitar teacher for children and teenagers for a year. Since then, Becca has continued to sing in multiple bands and is a permanent fixture in Kent’s award-winning party band ‘GrooveZoo’, performing at Weddings, Parties, Corporate events, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Award Ceremonies and much more, so it's safe to say she knows how to bring the party! After joining GrooveZoo, Becca took the plunge and began to also perform solo, performing at weddings and parties, as well as regularly at hotels, bars, restaurants and pubs across Surrey, Kent, London, Essex, Sussex and beyond! Branching out on her own allowed Becca to broaden her horizons, covering a wide and ever-growing range of genres from 70-00s, Soul and Motown, Garage, RnB, Pop/Contemporary hits to Country, Rock n Roll and Club Classics. Becca has mastered the art of reading the room and interacting with all - whether it be a wedding with children, a relaxed jazz bar or a full-blown dance party into the early hours! Becca adores collaborating with her clients to make sure that together, the rhythm of your day is perfectly in tune. She encourages requests prior to your event, likes her backing tracks to be personalised and offers various styles of the same track. Freed from desire as a ballad? You got it! Making your day easy, enjoyable and memory is Becca's utmost priority. She understands how stressful planning a wedding/event is and takes the time to make sure her setlist is tailored to your wants. Your guests will be in the safest of hands, ensuring they are having the best time by interacting with them, Becca feeds off of their energy, making her performance a memorable moment of the day! Following in her Mum’s footsteps, her passion for singing really shines through and she gives her all in all performances, providing not only soulful tones that suit the most elegant of atmospheres, but a charisma and a fun energy that keeps the vibe going until the very end!
