Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event let us know.

How much time do you need to set up?

We need about 1 to 1.5 hours to unload the harp, set up and sound check.

Is the transport of your harp included in your quote?

All travel costs, including the transport of my harp is included in the quote

Do you need any equipment provided to play outdoors?

A plane surface of minimum 1m5 x 1m5 and a power socket. If it is raining then I will need full cover or to perform indoors as my instrument is valuable and could be damaged.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes, you can pick a few songs you'd like me to play.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Pieces on demand are also possible, but with an additional charge of £100 because I have to convert the song to harp and practice it.
