I've been playing live shows for over five years regularly, I have played in music venues, pubs, bars, private parties, weddings, charity events, busking and have experience in music production. I play acoustic covers, live looping and I am always working on original music to add into the mix as well. I take requests as well so if your event/venue has favourites I can learn them.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

I have been told that I have good 'patter' with the audience. I like to vibe out and have a little dance while I'm playing, I want my gigs to be relaxed and fun for everyone, including myself.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

Loads of pubs around the North East where I live now and a few places in the Midlands and Birmingham where I lived a few years ago.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Carl Wockner is one of the best live loopers going and his particular sound is one I want to try and replicate.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

I don't know about high profile, but I did play a friends wedding which was really special for me. Glad to share in her special day and everyone had a great time.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I try to be as flexible as possible, if the timings of the day change I can work to suit your needs. As long as you keep me informed wherever possible, I can change to suit the situation.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I can curate a playlist (with the input of the client) to play between sets. I also have the contact information for other acts including DJs who could offer their services if required- I can also extend my own set to run longer if needed for an additional fee (negotiable depending on time)

How much time do you need to set up?

I can be set up and soundcheck my own kit in around half an hour, but I like to arrive 1.5 hours in advance to give plenty of time.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

I can learn songs in advance so if you have any requests I can add them to the list, you can also choose to exclude any songs you might not like to hear (if you don't like cheesy songs).

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, I have all my own performing kit. I have my own portable sound-system suitable for most venues and I have a contact for the hire of larger systems if needed (can arrange costs with client during consultation)

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If a song isn't included in my setlist on this page, there is a chance that I already know it as I've been jamming for a long time. However, if there are any specific requests, I can add them to the list and learn them in time for the event- let me know as soon as possible though so I have time to do a good job.
