I have played and taught the Celtic Harp for over twenty years having studied Music to degree level. Not only do I play the piano, guitar and flute alongside ( not at the same time !) but I am a well known singer songwriter in my local area having played many high profile festivals and most recently at Poole Lighthouse. If you would like soothing vocals as well as background harp then do say ! I can always write you your own personalised love song that you can keep forever after your event ! Otherwise specify the style you prefer ( Classical, popular, celtic ?) and I can gear the set to suit you with a few of your favourite pieces in there. My pupils now play events so if you live outside my catchment area get in touch as they may be able to play for you. I also call ceilidhs and play with a band so I can organise a whole evening of entertainment for you if you so require... Looking forward to playing your special day for you ...I'm great with people and children and am always happy to let people have a go at the harp !

Wendy played three pieces of music at my late father's Memorial Service. Wendy's, playing was beautiful and perfect for the ceremony. Wendy was communicative throughout the booking process and helped make a sad occasion feel a little less so.. thank you 🙏

Wendy Jane was lovely. When our guests arrived she was playing which created a lovely atmosphere. She had kindly learnt the music we requested. Would without a doubt use her again,such a lovely lady.

She arrived at the venue in good time and played and sang for about 30 minutes. She played an instrumental piece first and then sang The Water is Wide and finished with Annie's Song accompanied by harp. She played beautifully and has a truly lovely voice. She absolutely made our day and I can recommend her 100% . Smashing personality too.
