Tracy Norman

Tracy Norman is a talented vocalist and guitarist from Cape Town, South Africa. Back in Cape Town, Tracy performed regularly in the local folk and jazz scenes, both as a singer songwriter and vocalist for other projects. Notable performances include Alliance Française du Cap for their annual Francophonie celebration and featuring on vocals at local jazz bassist and composer Sean Sanby’s album launch. Tracy has also been playing function gigs since her high school days. Over the years she became a regular at local restaurants and markets and was also booked for weddings, christenings and other events. Moving over to the UK in 2020, Tracy is now based in SE London and is a full time musician performing regularly in London and further afield. She has played numerous wedding, funerals, proposals, birthdays and other celebrations, each time creating a lovely and suitable ambience with her music, receiving high praise and constant requests for further bookings. Apart from function gigs, Tracy continues to write and record her own music which she performs both as a solo artist as well as alongside her six-piece band featuring local jazz musicians and graduates of Trinity Laban and Guildhall.
