'Tom Korni is a solo musician unlike you've ever seen before! Armed with a guitar, drums and his killer voice, Tom is capable of recreating all of your favourite tunes, from the early 60s all the way to modern day classics.' Hi, thanks for dropping by and looking at my profile! I began my music career in the streets of Cambridge in 2012, busking, earning some pocket money, and honing my skills. This soon snowballed in getting my first booking at a wedding at just 14! I have since been a full time musician, playing at every event imaginable. From house parties to festivals, charity events to corporate, pubs and clubs to sold out shows in theatres. I've definitely done it all! If you decide to book me, you can rest assured that you are in very capable hands. My act is very different from most solo acts I've seen. I do not use loop pedals, and instead use foot DRUMS that I hit with my feet, just like a drum kit, while simultaneously playing GUITAR. I have a really cool guitar pedal that changes part of the guitar signal by dropping it down an octave, making it sound just like a BASS GUITAR. This alters the way I have to play the guitar drastically, and means I need to learn the bass parts too! I don't make it easy for myself do I? As well as that, I SING all at the same time. I try and sing as much like the original as possible. I've developed quite a good Liam Gallagher, Morrisey, John Lennon voice over the years. I am currently waiting for a guitar pedal to arrive that will also give me the ability to have synthesizers and pads, all controlled by me in real time. This will make my sound even more full! I am forever building on my sound, and evolving it to do as many things as possible, so I can entertain any audience life throws at me. It's a life long passion, and performing not only gives me a chance to show case what I do, but allows me to carry on doing what I love. Being full time, I am booked up all year through, but I have been known to do very last minute gigs, like in 2013 when I was called up by the camp site for Formula 1 in Silverstone, who had their band drop out last minute. They had a whole camp site of people who were promised entertainment, but now had nothing. They called me and I had about 2 hours to sort myself, pack everything into the car, and get there. We all ended up having an amazing night. The atmosphere was electric, and I was rebooked to play there for the F1 the following year, as well as the 'Moto GP' and 'Classics' racing events they held the following months.
