Our ceilidh dances bring you an exciting and memorable occasion to savour for years to come. The dance is combined with the sounds of traditional music putting you in touch with the culture of the Celtic nations. Our caller ensures that everyone feels included, encouraged and has a great time! Having first met in Covent Garden (in 2010), we began performing traditional music together on the London 'trad scene'. We have performed at many ceilidh's for weddings, birthdays and private parties over the years. Now as a happily married couple we are well experienced and joined by the highest quality accompanists and singers from the traditional music scene whom we have built strong musical partnerships with over the years.

Very entertaining group - lots of positive feedback from the guests.

Great - there were a couple of tricky things to handle - the room set up and the heat were not ideal - but the way they managed it all was perfect, and was exactly what was needed for the group. My mum was delighted with how things went.

They were excellent- from the quick replies to communication before hand, to rolling with the slightly off timetable wedding day. They got everyone up and dancing. Putting in extra breaks because the weather was very warm. I would happily use them again. Thank you!

I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for doing such a great job at my mum's 80th on Saturday. There were a couple of tricky things to handle - the room set up and the heat were not ideal - but the way you managed it all was perfect, and was exactly what was needed for the group. Customer questions

Can you perform covers?

Yes we can perform a range of covers. We are happy to perform this alongside our traditional Ceilidh music. Please enquire about this.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our typical line-up is as follows: Caller, Accompaniment (e.g. guitar or piano with optional vocals), fiddle and concertina. We also have the option to include percussion, another lead player (e.g. uilleann pipes), bass guitar or double bass. If you require a smaller band, or solo performance please enquire.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free. If you'd like a DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, we provide this for an additional £100 per hour.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!”

Do you provide a caller?

Yes we do! We have a fantastic caller as part of our Ceilidh band so just let us know whether you already have one, so we can adjust our line-up accordingly!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA) included in your quote?

Our PA and lighting system is included in your quote. We usually require 3 - 5m space for the musicians to perform depending on the line up.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £30 per band member for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc.
