What do your clients love most about your performances?
Clients love our energy, passion, and how we get every guest on the dancefloor. With powerful vocals, slick medleys, and a vibrant horn section, we create an unforgettable party atmosphere. We’re all about filling the room with feel-good vibes and making your event one to remember.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
We’ve performed at a wide range of venues across the South West, including The Duke of Cornwall Hotel, Rockbeare Manor, Polhawn Fort, Mount Edgcumbe, St Mellion Estate, and Plymouth Guildhall. From elegant country houses to large festival stages, we bring the same energy and professionalism every time.
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
We’re heavily influenced by legends like Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, and James Brown, as well as modern icons like Bruno Mars and Beyoncé. Our sound blends classic soul and Motown with contemporary pop and R&B, creating a fresh, high-energy vibe that keeps every generation dancing.
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
One of our most high-profile gigs was headlining the Saturday night at Plymouth’s Flavour Fest, performing to thousands in the city centre. It was an incredible atmosphere with a huge crowd, and we loved bringing our signature energy to such a major event in the South West calendar.
Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?
As a rule we do not use dep members for gigs at booking stage. We only cover dates that we are all initially available for. In the event of a sickness from one of the band member and a dep used at last minute, you will be informed before the event.
Do you have different line-up options?
We perform exclusively as a 9-piece band, delivering a full, rich sound that brings every event to life. Our line-up features powerhouse vocals, a tight rhythm section, and a vibrant three-piece horn section, creating the perfect blend of energy, depth, and musical precision.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We understand that event timings can shift, and we’re happy to be flexible wherever possible. Just keep us updated as early as you can, and we’ll work with you to adjust our schedule to fit your day. Our goal is to keep everything running smoothly so you can relax and enjoy your event.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Yes, we can provide an iPod/DJ service before and between our sets. We’ll work with you to curate a playlist that suits your event’s vibe, ensuring the music flows seamlessly and keeps the energy up. If you’d prefer a live DJ, we can also arrange that for you, just let us know what works best!
How much time do you need to set up?
We typically need about 2 hours to set up and soundcheck, depending on the venue. This gives us plenty of time to ensure everything is in place and ready for a flawless performance. If you have specific timing requirements, just let us know, and we’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly!
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
We don’t take on-the-day requests, as we focus on delivering a well-rehearsed, high-energy performance. However, we’re happy to discuss your preferences before the event and will tailor the setlist to suit the vibe you want. You can choose songs from our repertoire, ensuring a fantastic mix for your occasion!
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Yes, our quote includes all the necessary equipment, including a high-quality PA system and lighting to suit your event. We bring everything needed to ensure the sound and atmosphere are spot-on. If your venue has specific requirements, just let us know, and we’ll make sure to accommodate them!
Can you learn song requests before the event?
We’re happy to learn first dance songs for weddings at no extra cost, ensuring your special moment is perfect. However, we don’t take requests for additional songs outside of our setlist. We focus on delivering a polished performance with our well-rehearsed repertoire, which guarantees a high-energy show every time!
