Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

We always try to make sure what you see is what you get! We do, however have a generous network of professional musicians who can step in – even at the very last minute, incase one of our members falls ill. Our reputation is incredibly important to us, so you can always be assured of the highest quality.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our standard line-up is Voice, String Quartet (2 violins, viola and cello) and Drums. We also have a large network of extra musicians that we work with, so if you have any special requests, such as additional Sax or Keys then please don't hesitate to call us to discuss our options.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try to be flexible where possible, but we might not always be able to play past the agreed finish time on the day. Additional time requested on the day would need to be agreed by all members of the ensemble and paid for up front. With this in mind it’s not uncommon, for clients to book additional time to cover all eventualities.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We will always provide music for the times we're not performing, We can supply a playlist free of charge, or if you'd prefer a DJ there would be an additional fee.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually start setting up about 1 hour before the performance begins.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

You're always welcome to choose some specific songs that you'd like performed. Our set lists are carefully put together to ensure your guests have a great time and the music flows smoothly. We're always happy to discuss different options in order to provide the perfect soundtrack to your event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

All of our sound equipment is included to ensure you get the best possible sound quality for your event, and we always bring spares just in case of any breakages/malfunctions!

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Absolutely – if we haven’t already got the music we can either buy it or get it arranged for you. There would be a small charge for the music but we don’t charge for learning new music. Please ask us if you have a specific piece / song in mind.
