My friends and I have seen The JRB a couple of times now in Gorleston, and always had a great night. The band and singers are excellent, covering a great range of music, guaranteed to get everyone on their feet. Definitely recommend them.

The JRB were great at our wedding in September 2023. They are an excellent band, who got the dancefloor filled with a perfect mix of songs, and fitted in seamlessly to the evening so would highly recommend them for anyone considering!

What do your clients love most about your performances?

We pride ourselves in providing a slick and stress free service, backed up by our years of experience. The JRB is home to some of the countries finest musicians, a talent that radiates onstage. We bring peace of mind AND a great time!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

All we require is a minimum performance area of 3mx5m and we can take care of the rest. We have appeared at over 300 venues and with that comes a wealth of experience. If you have any questions about your venue and its suitability, we're always happy to work alongside you, you're event planner and the venue's themselves to get the most out of your evening.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

The JRB is comprised of talented group musicians, who each individually bring their influences and expertise to the table. But we always like to keep a finger on the racing pulse of modern music ensuring we stay up-to-date and relevant, whilst also bringing our passion for the classics to the stage. Its your party and we are YOUR band!

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Two of our most prominent events would be; Being invited to fly a 30-piece orchestra out to Morocco to perform in the Sahara desert, alongside loved soul singer Heather Small, for a private birthday celebration. And possibly our most recognisable, we were once ask to provide music for the Christmas advertising campaign for a Large British Supermarket chain.

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

We strive to make sure the line-up you see is what you get on the night. We do have pre-audititioned 'dep' musicians available in case a band member falls ill or is unavailable. As a professional band our reputation means everything so you can be confident that all of our players are of a very high level.

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes, our line-ups range from our 4-piece band up to our 12-piece showband to suit all occasions and budgets.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we provide a FREE DJ service to all of our clients to ensure the music doesn't stop all night on. We welcome our clients to personalise their own playlist too.

How much time do you need to set up?

We asked for at least 90 minutes to set-up and can provide background music as soon as our PA is set-up.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We welcome you to select a number of your favourite songs from our full repertoire to add to your party playlist. We're also happy to learn a new song for you (such as a first dance). Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time.
