Hey Yahs

The Hey Yahs feature fantastic male and female lead and harmony vocals, dynamic horns and a floor filling rhythm section. Specialising in harmonies, unique musical arrangements and high energy performances, we guarantee an event to remember. Our main line up is made up of eight experienced musicians from a variety of professional musical backgrounds. This includes touring Europe, session recordings in some of the UK's top studios, West End performances, cruise ship contracts, supporting headline acts and professional orchestral work. Most recently, top chart success for our lead male vocalist with Union J's Jaymi Hensley. This great mix of talent, enthusiasm and experience, results in a show stopping display of dazzling vocals, uplifting brass and an irresistibly fun filled performance as the highlight of your event. Based in the Three Counties Area of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire in the West Midlands. We regularly perform in the Three Counties, The Cotswolds, and across the borders into Wales and Shropshire, as well as performances further afield into London and surrounding areas. We also offer a super sized 12-piece version of the band, which includes a full five-piece brass section and percussionist. An additional guitar can also be added for even more impact. The 12-piece is suitable for larger events and theatre or festival performances. For smaller events or a more relaxed feel e.g. for welcome drinks, garden parties, dinner background music and so on, we also offer an acoustic trio on acoustic guitar/s with male and female harmony vocals. We can also provide wedding aisle music either as a soloist, duo or trio.
