Suzanna Woods

Suzi Woods has forged a name on the corporate and private circuit as one of the most talented and versatile performers in her field. Whether being asked to sing in a Hollywood-themed Morroccan castle ruin in Marrakech, or with a 12 piece band for their Serene Royal Highnesses Princess Caroline of Hanover and Prince Albert of Monaco at the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo, Suzi delivers. Her list of clients also includes: Valentino in Rome at the Galeria Borghese for 1000 Hollywood A-list celebrities and Italian Royalty while opening for Annie Lennox; singing with a 10 piece band for the Beckhams and their A-List guests at their then "Beckingham Palace" home; Tiger Woods and guests at Wentworth; Greenshield Stamp heir Tim Jefferies and his bride at Blenheim Palace and then at the wedding of Amanda Staveley at West Wycombe Park to name but a few. She has performed to over 10,000 at the Fireworks Fantasia Concert featuring the CBSO and to an audience of just 20 in Mauritius. She has opened for Sir Elton John and has toured the UK with Jools Holland and His Rhythm and Blues Orchestra followed by a week's recording at Jools' London studio. The session got her substantial Radio 1 and Radio 2 airplay and landed her and her then songwriting partner Vic Saul, a live appearance on BBC's Daytime Show with Alan Titchmarsh. She has also toured twice with Labi Siffre, Kirsty MacColl and Hugh Cornwell among many others. Suzi has lent her voice as live backing vocalist for Tony Christie in Germany and was featured on ITV1's "Footballers' Wives" singing Wind Beneath My Wings in the notorious Kyle and Chardonnay wedding scene. In between her land based engagements, Suzi has travelled the world, performing as guest artist on most leading luxury cruise lines from Royal Caribbean and Celebrity to Holland America, Silverseas, Oceania and Crystal. As a singer/songwriter her work may be heard on Full Flava's Colour of My Soul album which was named in honour of her track "Color of My Soul" and vocalled by R&B vocalist and Sting backing singer, Donna Gardier. Now Suzi performs at bespoke private and corporate events both at home and internationally and in between, still accepts bookings within the cruise circuit. She has begun performing as vocalist with several Big Bands which she loves and is available with or without band to cover songs from the American Songbook to the present day. She is friendly, approachable and aims to give 100% however intimate or grand, the occasion.
