Customer questions
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
Its important that we maintain a dialogue about any time shifts as soon as possible, where we can we will always be flexible. On the day time shifts are ok within reason, it might be that we can change our interval times, shortening or lengthening sets on the fly. Just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Of course, we have 4 sets of professionally pre mixed DJ music and a Jazz playlist if you need us to come earlier to the wedding breakfast. We also have the ability to plug in most devices to our PA so you can make up your own interval play lists. After our last set we can add up to another hour for £150 of fine wind down tunes.
How much time do you need to set up?
Usually 45 minutes to 1 hour provided we dont have to do to much of an obstacle course and we can get to the performance area with all of our equipment.
Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?
Our set lists have been put together over many years of learning our craft and performing them in live situations and celebrations. We understand what tunes work grouped with others and at what time in the evening. We are of course willing to learn your special song and you can choose up to 3 must haves and 2 dont play that please from our song list.
Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?
Of course, whether it is a solo singer with backing on the laptop, through to the full four piece band. We each bring along our own top drawer serviced equipment.
Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
Of course, you must be prepared that your tune might not be as full sounding as an original orchestra piece for example, but we will try and get it as close as possible. We need 3 months rehearsal time for this normally, unless we already have it in the arsenal.
