Sofia and Fab

Hi! We are Sofia and Fab, a flute and piano duo based in the UK. More than anything, we absolutely love making music together and bringing special moments to life. For us, live music isn't just about playing notes—it's about creating an amazing atmosphere, sharing joy, and making your event completely unforgettable! We both started our musical journeys with top-level classical training at famous conservatories. Sofia studied flute in Catania and later completed her advanced music studies in Birmingham and London. She is also an accomplished composer who is currently doing a PhD in music composition to write an opera, and she has performed in multiple venues across London and England. Fab studied piano at the conservatory in Palermo and expanded his talents into writing film scores and playing in rock bands. Through years of intense practice and performance, we both won classical music awards and built a strong foundation of technique and passion. Today, we bring all of those unique experiences straight into our duo. We do not limit ourselves or our listeners to just one genre. Whether you love timeless classical pieces, popular radio hits, romantic movie themes, energetic rock covers, or smooth jazz, we play it all with equal excitement and devotion. Being active composers ourselves gives us a deep understanding of music, which allows us to bring every piece to life in a fresh, vibrant way. Free Custom Song Requests: One of the main reasons people love working with us is our talent for creating custom music arrangements. If you have a special song you want to hear at your event, just ask! We will write a brand-new, personalized arrangement of any requested song completely for free, at no extra cost. We love taking your favorite song—no matter what style it is—and turning it into a beautiful piece for flute and piano. It is our special gift to you to make sure your music selection is completely one of a kind. For almost five years now, we have been lucky enough to perform together as a duo across Europe, mainly dividing our time between Italy and the United Kingdom. We have played for hundreds of lovely weddings, private celebrations, corporate parties, and wonderful concert halls. Every single performance is special to us. We take pride in being warm, friendly, and easy to work with, while always delivering the highest standard of professionalism from start to finish. Whether you are looking for soft, elegant background music to set a relaxed tone, or a high-energy performance that gets all of your guests smiling and listening closely, we are here to bring your vision to life. We genuinely love meeting new people, traveling to new places, and sharing our passion through live music. Thank you so much for stopping by our profile, and we can’t wait to play for you at your next big event!
