Ru is a professional singer/guitarist based in London with over 10+ years of experience performing at high-end events across the UK and worldwide. Ru can perform various styles including jazz, bossa nova, world music and blues to upbeat hit covers (pop, soul, funk, rock, rnb, house, club classics, 90s, 2000s, 50s 60s 70s 80s etc) and has a vast repertoire.  "About Time", Ru's first solo EP, was released on 15th May 2020 and received positive critical acclaim. All songs were track of the day on BBC Radio. 'Holding on' was number 1 track of the year on Susy Radio UK. About Time is an introspective ode to hopeful new beginnings, reflecting a dense multicultural music background which takes us on a meaningful journey of fun, groove centred music.
