I have been a guitar player for over 30 years, I remember back when everywhere had a live band, (Stoke on Trent) playing for a living and learning on the job it seemed like everyone was or wanted to be a musician, my entire social life was based around gigs, playing or watching. Musical influences were everywhere, even in the charts there were classic bands which are still going strong today.

I saw Landslide Duo recently supporting Sarah Munro in the intimate setting of the Bellerby Studio at G-Live in Guildford. They performed a nice selection of country music covers - Kai’s impassioned vocals together with great guitar work and backing vocals from Rick forming a perfect complement to Sarah’s gentle and laid-back style.
