Customer questions
What do your clients love most about your performances?
Clients love our selection of material as we offer an alternative to the normal perception of '80s music'. Clients often react with "wow, I haven't heard that song for years". They also love our authenticity and attention to detail when we perform those songs and this is very important to us as we work hard to make them sound just like the originals.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
We have performed at many venues both public and private.
Westminster Bridge Park Plaza Hotel, London
The Grange City Hotel, Tower Bridge, London
The Majestic Hotel, Harrogate
Yeah Baby Festival, Abingdon
Burnham Park Hall, Burnham Park
Knebworth House, Knebworth
Beaconside House, Bideford
Treetops, Bewdley
Croxfest, Croxley Green
Balstock, Baldock
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
We are influenced by the bands whose songs we perform:
Duran Duran
Depeche Mode
Yazoo
Visage
Simple Minds
ABC
Erasure
Human League
Culture Club
Ultravox
Gary Numan
Frankie Goes To Hollywood

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
Headlining Croxfest in 2017 was amazing. Playing in front of over 4000 people.
Do you have different line-up options?
Due to the specific nature of the music and the instruments we play, our standard line up does not vary.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We understand that timings change, even on the day itself, so we always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Yes, we have the facility to connect iPods/iPads etc to play your own music through our PA system as your guests arrive and between sets, or we have our own playlist. There is no additional costs for this service. However, if you wish to continue having music playing after midnight, then there would be an additional charge of £100.00 for this.
How much time do you need to set up?
Ideally two hours as we have to set up PA, lighting, all our musical equipment and mix check it all to ensure everything sounds and looks great when your guests arrive. We can do it quicker but we don't like to rush these things and it is good to have the time to resolve any technical issues that might arise at the venue.
Can you roam around while you perform?
Our singers move about on stage but we are predominantly a keyboard band so roaming is not really possible.
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Yes, you can pick songs from our current set list, which is provided on this website. However, due to the complexity of our instrumentation, it is not possible to play requests that are not on our set list unless this has already been arranged at the booking stage.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Yes - for medium sized venues up to 300 people. Anything larger would require additional equipment, FOH engineer and transport which would be added to any quote.
Our band performance footprint is a minimum of 7m wide by 5m deep and we require easy access to power sockets.
We cannot play in venues that have a noise inhibitor, unless it can be disabled.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Yes, but there would be an additional charge for this, based on the complexity of the work required to replicate the song/songs you have requested and to cover rehearsal time. We would need to know about this at the booking stage to maximise the time we have to program all the sounds on the keyboards and to learn the material.
