Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

We always try to make sure the line-up you see is what you get on the night. From the video you can see we have 3 main singers and never gig without at least 2 of them. Occasionally we use pre-auditioned dep musicians (but never vocalists so far) in case somebody is ill or last minute unavailable

Do you have different line-up options?

Our line up is as follows - 2 female vocalists, Keyboards/Vocals, Lead Guitar, Rhythm Guitar, Drums, Bass. We occasionally perform with one less vocalist

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Our aim is that your event runs as smoothly as possible so we will always try to be as flexible as needed. If timings change for whatever reason just let us know

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. The ipod service we offer for free. If you would like a DJ service just let us know and we can arrange this for you.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up between 1 and 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is ready we are more than happy to play music through it to set the mood

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists have evolved from playing countless performance and are geared to the occasion to make sure you and your guests have a great time. We are more than happy to chat through and tweak the set list to find what works best

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

PA/lighting and ipod service are all included in the quote

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If there is a special song you'd like us to learn then we are more than happy to do this, you never know we may already know it. We like to have a few weeks notice so that we can play it to the correct standard. We charge nothing for this service

What do your clients love most about your performances?

They continually say we play great music brilliantly and create a great party atmosphere and are easy to work with !!!!

Ouch! were incredible at our wedding this August. They were complete professionals from start to finish, always responding swiftly and helpfully to our requests in the planning phase, and were so great during the day itself. They were on time, took initiative to get set up without any issues and very kindly lent us their equipment for the ceremony. Our guests enjoyed everything they played and we had a number of people ask more about them after the day - so they clearly made a good impression! There was some seriously great energy from them - we can’t thank much enough for making our day extra special and would highly recommend. Alice and Ben

I had a wonderful birthday celebration but the band made it all the more special as they got everyone up dancing. It was really easy to arrange, they discussed my music choices and arrived on time. Worth every penny, I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be disappointed.
