What if my timings change after I've booked you?
Planning a wedding or event is a huge undertaking and timings often change as the big day gets closer. I will always aim to be flexible and try and accommodate any changes to ensure your special day is everything you dreamed of.
How much time do you need to set up?
I would normally aim to set up between 45 minutes to an hour before I’m scheduled to play. At venues such as registry offices this isn’t always possible and I can be set up in as little as 30 minutes if necessary.
Is the transport of your harp included in your quote?
Absolutely, the quote will include all costs so you have a comprehensive figure to work with.
Do you need any equipment provided to play outdoors?
Playing outdoors is always weather dependent because extreme heat or rain would damage my harp. Assuming the conditions are suitable, all I need is a flat sureface for the harp.
Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?
I’m always happy to discuss music choices so the set list can definitely be tailored to reflect your personal musical tastes.
Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
I regularly arrange songs for weddings that will have a special meaning for the couple and am happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £30 for this service to take into account the time involved and please be aware that there will be some songs that don’t necessarily work well on harp.
