Mochudi is a very experienced singer/guitarist who loves to create a great atmosphere when she plays having performed across the world from Australia to Canada to ski seasons in the Alps (and Australia - yes they have some snow there!) to the Southbank Centre in London, UK - the UK's biggest arts centre. She loves to arrange vocal harmonies with her cover versions as well as playing guitar. She is also a passionate songwriter with plenty of experience recording, arranging and producing alongside working as a session singer too. Her songwriting success includes BBC radio play being recently compared to 'an understated version of Self Esteem' by James Peach at BBC Essex. A passionate performer who is always creating and striving for everything to be the best it can be!

Mochudi was booked for my birthday celebration. She was communicative, punctual and professional. Her singing and guitar playing was perfect and fitted in ideally with my requirements. Other people commented on how good she was so what more of a recommendation can you get than that. Mochudi has wonderful talent and musicality and I would not hesitate to book her again should the need arise.

Mochudi is an inspiring musician who I was fortunate to meet in Hertford. At the Mayoral civic dinner, she played beautifully and was engaging and a fantastic introduction to the evening. Her choice of songs that she chose to play during the evening added ambience and gave a relaxed feeling to the event. She has a lovely voice and played flawlessly. We are so privileged to have such a talented singer song writer in our local area. I had a lot of comments from many guests, and I hope that they took advantage of the time she was there to take her details for future local events. I wish her great success for the future and hope to see her at other musical events.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

That I create a great atmosphere and give original songs my own bespoke style.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I've performed at Southbank Centre in London, have done a ski season in the Alps and in Australia! In Byron Bay & Sydney in Australia and in New Zealand and Canada as well is various places in London and the UK.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

I have a lot of soulful influences from Aretha Franklin to Marvin Gaye to Ray Charles and Nina Simone, but there are so many different Artists I love!

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

The most high profile gig was at the Southbank Centre, London in the Clore Ballroom venue.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and I actually offer this service for free.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually set up about 1 hour before the performance time.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

My set lists are crafted to suit what works best in a performance however I'm always happy to chat through preferences to help ensure I can deliver what would work best for you.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, absolutely! I bring my own instrument to play and also have a small PA suitable for indoor spaces of up to 90 people.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If there is a special song you'd like me to learn I am happy to do this for you if it is requested with plenty of time.
