Mitchell Kersley & Patrick Kimber have been playing music together as the Country Duo 'Mitchell Kersley & The Colt 45' since 2021. Originally planned to be a four piece after the bass player and drummer parted ways, Mitchell & Patrick decided to get gigs on their own. Since then there's been no stopping them! Playing gigs all around the south of England. When they played the Lion in Pagham in August 2023. The venue was so packed they ran out of glasses and ice and the venue made over £13k in wet sells alone! Mitchell & Patrick's philosophy when it comes to there sound is to be as big as possible. utilising harmony pedals, stomp boxes and an array of effects. Mitchell has been singing and writing songs since 2011, Originally playing and writing Pop music and later switching to Country. Patrick has been playing guitar since the age of 12 playing every style from acoustic folk, Country, Rock & Metal just to name a few. Both Mitchell & Patrick have Music degrees. Mitchell's in Songwriting and Patrick's in Professional Musicianship specialising in guitar. Our main objective when playing a gig is to give the crowd a night to remember. We love performing and our dream is to be able to play full time.
