Miguel Alves is talented percussionist with a distinctive name on themusic scene. He was the founder of DeepDuet and MANONTOP and has left his unique musical mark performing at star-studded events and in clubs all over the world, alongside numerous renowned electronic, house and dance DJs, bands. . The popular electronic music duo DeepDuet was Miguel’s brainchild, created in 2005, by which time he had built up a substantial national and international following, whilst working with some of the most respected musicians, singers and DJs specialising in electronic music. Over the course of his career, Miguel has featured in many different musical projects, performing with artists such as Bonnie Taylor, Kosmo Klain, Black Coffee, Gypsy Kings, Diego Miranda, Brandon Block, Pedro Cazanova, Massivedrum, Sonique and Hed Kandi. He has entertained a plethora of prestigious clients all over the globe, including Red Bull, Moet & Chandon, Fashion TV, CIC TV, Jameson, Cristiano Ronaldo, TVI and Bacardi, amongst others. Miguel has collaborated on many tracks which have featured on albums such as Dance Mania (We Got This), Orbital Annual Mix (WildSax) and Annual Mix 2 (It's a Soul Thing). During his live performances Miguel has an innate ability to create and share unique sensations on stage, seamlessly blending the different percussion timbres and rhythms with the tracks.
