Hey, we’re Mics & Fins, a covers duo from South Wales. We met at university, and that’s where Mics & Fins was born. Having both played and honed our instruments from a young age, music has always been a huge part of who we are. We share a genuine passion for performing and creating an atmosphere that brings people together. Whether it’s a laid-back acoustic set or a lively crowd-pleaser, our goal is simple: to make people feel good, sing along, and enjoy the moment.

This Saturday Mic & Fins played an absolutely magical set for our wedding. They’re so wonderfully talented and note perfect. We saw them play a local music festival last year and their talent and wonderful relaxed vibes was just perfect so we booked them the next day. They worked with us to incorporate all our favourite 70s rock and folk acoustic music into 2 vocal sets and an acoustic set for our cocktail hour and wedding breakfast. They pitched it exactly right and everyone commented on how beautiful the music was. It was so personal and lovely I can’t recommend them highly enough. Professional, organised and friendly. We have a family of musicians who were also hugely impressed. Thanks so much for making our day so wonderful guys. I wouldn’t change a single thing you did. Our first dance to “Fields of Gold” was everything we wanted and more. It will live in our memory forever. Thank you for being a big part of that. Xxx

We were delighted to welcome Mics & Fins to Dewslake Campsite on Friday for an evening of live music in The Rowan Tree Café as they tour around Wales. Their set was a real treat, filled with beautiful harmonies and a sound that captivated everyone in the room. Perfect atmosphere for a summer’s evening. Not only are Mics & Fins incredibly talented, but they were also an absolute pleasure to deal with; warm, professional, and full of good vibes. We’d have them back in a heartbeat! Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We try our best to be flexible to ensure the event runs smoothly, if anything changes all we ask is that you let us know as soon as you can.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, as soon as our PA is set up we are happy to play before and between our sets. You can send a playlist over beforehand and this can be played but if you’d like us to play music after we finish this would be an added cost.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Our PA is included in our quote, but we don’t provide lighting.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, we are happy to learn 3 additional songs per booking. But if you’d like more than 3 this can be arranged for an extra cost
