Mellowtone Jazz provide jazz for all events in duo, trio or quartet line up.

St Albans

We are an established jazz band based in St Albans, Herts and provide jazz suitable for weddings, parties or less formal good times. The standard line up is guitar/vocals, sax and double bass with the option of either stripping down to a guitar / sax duo or expanding to a quartet including trombone to suit the venue or cost preferences. We are happy either providing background music during a reception or dinner or jazz music for listening and/or dancing. We provide a high quality sound system adapted to suit the venue including the option of minimal amplification for small rooms. The band can offer a wealth of experience to help make your event a success.

Mellowtone Jazz played at my 60th birthday Sunday lunch at Poets House hotel in Ely yesterday . I can not recommend them highly enough. They were professional and helpful in all my dealings with them . They were flexible , accommodating , and most importantly - their music was great ! Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment and it really made the party . Thank you, you made all the difference to our event ! (10 / 10)

We just had the Mellowtone Jazz trio play at my husband's 80th birthday BBQ. It was a lovely sunny afternoon, we had great food and wine all topped off with perfect music. The trio just add such a wonderful ambiance to an event. As loud or as quiet as you like.......so so easy going. I would definitely recommend these guys. Carole (10 / 10)
