Customer questions
What do your clients love most about your performances?
The choice of songs - we play the right Mariachi and Latin Pop songs that a British audience will know and cherish as well as the right songs in English whether we are performing background music, danceable songs, sing-alongs, and everything in between.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
Clapham Grand, OMEARA, Shakespeare Globe, The Kasbah (Coventry), The Shortlands Tavern, The Cuckoo Club, Annabel's, V Festival, Rewind Festival, The O2 Arena, OVO Arena Wembley, and more.
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
Musically we have been influenced by different genres in the Latin American, Spanish, and Anglosphere such as Mariachis, Bossa Nova, Mambo, Rock, and Soul with artists including Luis Miguel, The Beatles, Stevie Wonder to name a few.
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
We performed on stage with Tinie Tempah at V Festival in 2016 however we did do a private Christmas party that included members of the Royal Family and all the Ex-Prime Ministers from John Major to Theresa May.
Do you have different line-up options?
Yes, our usual lineup is either a trio or a quartet but on rare occasions, we can perform as a duo, quintet, or even bigger.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We always try our best to be flexible as long as it does not affect other engagements we may have on the day for example if we have two or three bookings then we may not be as flexible compared to a day where we only have one booking.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
As we're an acoustic act, we do not perform with a sound system, so, unfortunately, we don't offer this service.
How much time do you need to set up?
No setup time is required as we walk into the venue and perform; however, we do arrive an hour to 30 minutes before the performance to ensure we are all dressed and tuned up to play and make an entrance. If there is a room or area to get changed and store our belongings that would be great.
Can you roam around while you perform?
Yes, we can roam around and be static when performing.
Can you wear traditional Mariachi outfits?
Definitely - we have the full traditional outfit and in a range of styles from black, green, red, burgundy, mustard, light blue and white. All colours are worn with black trousers.
Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?
Yes, absolutely! We bring our own instruments to play acoustically.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Yes, we do take a request of up to a song six weeks before the date of the event at no extra cost.
