Maria Josephine

Hello, As a very passionate and motivated musician, I'm eager to perform. I currently study with Tim Lowe at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. I've had many performing opportunities, including performing the Elgar Cello Concerto with the Harrogate Philharmonic Orchestra in 2016, as well as participating in many master classes by Louise Hopkins, Pierre Doumenge and Adrien Brendel. As a former chorister at York Minster, I'm used to sightsinging, and have previously studied with Catherine Griffeths in York and Sarah Rhodes (RNCM). In the past, I've sung solos with York Musical Society, Bootham choral society and York Philharmonic men's choir.
