The LayLads played at my daughter’s wedding in August 2023. They were amazing and filled the dance floor all evening. Everybody had so much fun and our guests couldn’t help themselves singing along to some of the zingers. The band was very well organised and helpful in choosing the song list. They are lovely people too and we kept them going for much longer than planned as everyone kept asking for one more song! We enjoyed them so much that I got them back in June 2024 for a summer garden party. It rained ( again) but they were awesome. I can 100% recommend them.

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

The singer will be the same as who you see in the videos. We have two incredible singers. Both are shown in our videos. You can request for there to just be one of the singers you'd prefer.

Do you have different line-up options?

We have multiple line-up options: - duet (singer and guitar/keys). - rock trio (guitar/vocals, bass and drums). - a 4 piece (vocals, guitar, bass and drums).

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We are flexible and happy to adjust timings, provided we are given reasonable notice

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We provide audio support for events/basic DJ setup and will bring a PA system which you can plug a phone into.

How much time do you need to set up?

The full band (5 piece) needs at least one hour to set up and sound check.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

You may choose songs from our set list. We tailor our sets to suit your song preferences. We are also happy to learn specific songs upon request.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

All equipment stated is included in our quote, such as the PA. We do not provide any lighting.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Absolutely. We encourage all our customers to pick their favourite songs.
