Music has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Over the past ten years, I've trained in classical vocals and spent much of that time performing in musical theatre, playing Penny in Hairspray, Laurey in Oklahoma!, Johanna in Sweeney Todd and Sally in Me and My Girl, among others. Along the way, I've also had the privilege of singing for Victoria's Secret, an experience that pushed my voice in new directions and taught me so much about performing with confidence and presence. While I still love performing on stage, singing at weddings and special occasion events became something different for me. There's a particular kind of stillness in a room when a couple is standing together and music becomes part of that moment. Being trusted to hold that space, even for a few minutes, feels like a true privilege. If you're picturing something in the style of Katherine Jenkins or Andrea Bocelli, classical, emotive and timeless, that's very much where my voice sits naturally. I love bringing that sound to ceremonies and drinks receptions in particular, whether it's a gentle piece to accompany you walking down the aisle or something soft playing in the background while your guests celebrate the newlyweds. I try not to make the music about performance in those moments. It's your day, and I want the songs to feel like they belong there naturally, rather than pulling focus. Every couple I work with has a different atmosphere they're hoping to create, so I always take the time beforehand to understand what matters to you: the tone, the story behind the songs, the little details, so the music feels like a true reflection of your love story, because it is. A little while ago, I posted a cover of Ave Maria filmed at one of the world's most beautiful venues, and it ended up reaching over a million views on TikTok. Since then, I've shared more videos performing at some genuinely breathtaking locations, and it's been a lovely reminder of how much a simple, honest performance can mean to people, even strangers scrolling past on their phones. I try to bring that same sincerity to every wedding I sing at. I think what couples tend to appreciate most isn't just the voice itself, but how it feels to work with me in the lead-up to the day. I want you to feel at ease, like you've got someone in your corner who understands how much the song choice means to you as a couple, so I'm always on hand to help with song ideas and running orders, because I want every piece of music to feel exactly right.
