Singing has always been my greatest passion in life. I have been training my voice for around 13 years, primarily in classical/ operatic repertoire, and have previously studied vocal and operatic studies at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. As well as classical and opera, I love singing popular music! Adele, Eva Cassidy, Celine Dion and Taylor Swift are just some of my favourite female artists. I also enjoy performing country music, jazz and Disney! I am sure that my voice would suit any event/ occasion. I have experience performing on large stages, as well as private events such as weddings, anniversaries, christenings, birthdays and funerals. I am very happy to learn songs that are special to you, as well as discuss my own lengthy repertoire list. I am a friendly, positive person and I hope for my voice to bring that extra element to your event, making it even more special and memorable. I am based in West Yorkshire- happy to travel.

We booked Laura to perform a mixture of 80s 90s 00s pop music for my dad's 60th birthday. The energy she brought in her performance was amazing and everyone flocked to the dance floor. Her voice is exceptional! She is very professional, friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend booking.

We always knew we wanted a singer to accompany a piano for our wedding. Laura Jean was simply wonderful. She took the time to learn the songs we chose specifically for our special day and sang them to perfection. What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Don't panic! Just let me know and I will try my best to accommodate to the new time!

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

If requested, absolutely. I have a full PA system and would be happy to provide a customised Playlist for your event before or after I perform. An additional cost will apply.

How much time do you need to set up?

No more than 1 hour.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

My set lists are crafted to provide the correct atmosphere for your event, however, if you have any special songs that you would like, feel free to contact me and I will try my very best to make those additions!

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes. No need to worry about any sound system/ microphones etc. I have it all covered!

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes, please let me know ahead of time if you would like a specific song. There is an additional charge of £30 for songs I would need to learn.
