La Bouche Manouche Feat. Irene Serra are a modern-day gypsy jazz quintet, passionate about spreading their love of Manouche music. Having played together for various years honing their sound, the group became known to the wider public in 2018 when they unassumingly uploaded a video of them performing “I’ll See You In my Dreams” on YT which went viral and has to date amassed over 5 million views and fans all over the world. Over the years, the band had a few different incarnations but when critically-acclaimed Irene Serra stepped in and added vocals in 2016, La Bouche Manouche’s signature elegant and sassy sound was born. For lovers of vintage jazz, tasty cocktails and deliciously decadent evenings of great, live music. Influenced by the era of the jazz age, their music is rooted in the sound of Parisen Hot Club with swing tunes from Django Reinhardt, as well as traditional gypsy swing tunes, charlestons, French chansons, bal musette and classic jazz standards from the Great American Songbook. The band is London-based and perform throughout the UK and internationally for events including festivals, corporate functions, garden parties, birthdays, anniversaries and weddings.
