Kev Crane The Singing Plumber

My name’s Kev Crane. You may have read about me in the press or seen me on TV. Kev Crane aka The Singing Plumber. I've been on just about every news channel, and in every newspaper there is over the last couple of years. In my latest interview with “Sky News” aired on Christmas Day, I announced I'd be starting a tour around March/April, including 80s & 90s covers, or my own songs, depending on the clients preferences. I'll also be mentioning this in future interviews. I'll be available for "Corporate events, Weddings, private parties". I am now working alongside Kidney Research, which is close to my heart, and I'll be donating a percentage of my proceeds to Kidney Research. To give you a little background, I became known after fitting three bathrooms at Paul Conneally’s house, who owns a record label called (New Reality Records), and the neighbour heard me singing in his bathroom and asked Paul, (Who’s that guy singing in your bathroom). He replied, it’s the plumber. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I’d built a recording studio in my basement during lockdown and finished recording an album I’d started 25 years ago, and Paul asked to listen to it, then asked me if I’d like to put it out on his record label, to which I said yes. Then, the press got wind of the story, which went viral. The story went across the UK and Europe, and then it hit America and was a prominent feature in (The Washington Post). A few days later, I got an Instagram message from “Stacy Sherman Ray”, a TV and film producer and also the wife of the screenwriter/Director “Billy Ray”, who did “The Hunger Games, Captain Philips”, etc. We arranged to chat the next day, and Stacy signed my life rights to be made into a movie. “Ian La Franais”, “Dick Clement”, who wrote, The Commitments, Auf Wiedersehen Pet, Porridge etc., have already written the script, along with “Billy Ray.” The movie is called “The Music Inside” and has already been passed by the CAA. (Creative Artist Agency) (I speailize in 80s covers and Original songs, or a mixture of both). It's up to the client if they want just 80s, or a few of my own songs thrown into the mix.
