I studied music at the University of Bristol, graduating with honours in 2017. I have sung with many ensembles over the years including the University of Bristol Chamber Choir, Pitch Fight, for whom I was a founding member, and Fascinating Rhythm Chorus, where I was appointed to the Music Team for almost 2 years. I was one of the four founding members of Avalon Quartet - during my tenure, Avalon became the National Champions at the annual Ladies’ Association of British Barbershop Singers convention in Harrogate in October 2018, then went on to become European Champions at the European Barbershop Convention in Helsingborg, Sweden in 2022. I opened my virtual studio full-time during the pandemic in May 2020. I continue to work exclusively online from my home in the Scottish Highlands where I live with my husband, Jamie, and dog, Obi.

Absolutely fantastic. I have never considered singing lessons or learning to sign [sic] and I am 56 so have left it very late. Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, I bring all of my own equipment - my amp is battery operated so can run without being plugged in, but if power is available that would be ideal.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

I love hearing about the pieces that are special to you - please let me know if there's something specific you would like me to perform for you and I'll see what I can do.
