Juniper Acoustic Duo are an off shoot of Juniper Function Band, a ceilidh/ covers band that have performed at over 200 weddings across Scotland and the north of England. Band members Jordan and Erin have performed since their school days together, and more consistently at pubs, bars and venues across the central belt after studying BA (Hons) Popular Music at Edinburgh Napier University. Performing stripped back, harmony laden arrangements of pop songs, the duo can also add light percussion, with stomp box and tambourine. Juniper Acoustic Duo is lucky to hold residencies at venues in Edinburgh - get in touch if you'd like performance dates!

We will play your wedding ceremony, including as guests arrive. We'd be happy to learn 3 requests for this; an entrance song, a song for signing the register and an exit song. After your ceremony, we'll play 2x 45 minute sets for your drinks reception.

We get a lot of positive feedback on our tight harmonies and inventive arrangements, as well as our varied set.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We are flexible and want your event to run as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Of course! Feel free to send over a Spotify playlist or we can use our own and we'll play it over the PA during our break.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up 1 hour before the performance time.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Absolutely, please let us know your favourites from our song list and we'll do our best to include them on the day!

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes! We're happy to take 3 song requests for your ceremony or drinks reception. This is usually an entrance song, a song for signing the register and an exit song. If there are 'must haves' for your drinks reception that you don't see on our list let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate!
