I have been involved in pipe bands since I was 10 playing Side drum, tenor drum,bass drum and pipes. I have played solo for many years doing new years eve and burns night performances, also weddings and funerals, and I also had the honor of playing at Queen Elizabeth's 90th birthday celebration and performed solo for Princess Anne on a Royal visit to Warrington.

We booked Jon to perform at our Burns Night evening for our Cub Pack (children aged between 8-10 1/2) and could not be happier. He was available on short notice, communicated promptly and arrived punctually. No fuss. Jon arrived wearing full traditional attire and wowed our Cubs with his beautiful piping. He was an instant hit! I can’t speak highly enough of the service he provided - he was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to give age-appropriate information to our Cub Pack about his attire, his instrument and the history of piping. The children loved it. The helpers loved it. The Leaders loved it. We were so impressed, we have already booked Jon for future events for our Scout Group. 100% would recommend.

Recently I had the pleasure of having Jon play for us. He is a master at bagpipes, and his passion shines through him. Incredibly kind and talented artist, would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional bagpiper
