John Fryer

John is an established singer, songwriter and performer. He has been on the scene in Leicester for over 5 years and has appeared with many other music acts in and around the city and county. He has performed at The Shed, The Musician, The Soundhouse, The Barley Mow, The Hind, The Black Horse and The Criterion and is known for his lyrical songs and rhythmical playing style. Once described as a mix of Moody Blues, Beatles and Paul Weller! As well as his own music John regular gigs at venues playing a range of covers of songs as diverse as The Jam, The Beatles, Paul Simon, The Police, Bachmann Turner Overdrive, Oasis and Neil Sedaka. As long as he can do a version with his guitar, John will give it a go from blues to Rock and roll, from ballad to boogie or sing a long classic.
