James Merrett

I began playing at around age 15, with my main influences including the rock and metal genres. I became very open minded and determined to attain knowledge and ability in as many different areas of playing as possible! Playing guitar is the biggest passion in my life - and being able to perform is a high that I will never tire of. I have all my own gear, and transport. I am used to playing in high pressure scenarios, and draw from a large bank of knowledge including: music theory, equipment, songs knowledge and professionalism. I graduated from BIMM Bristol in 2016 and utilise the skills I learned there all the time. I made many contacts whilst there, as well as lifelong friends.
