Acoustic duo

Public liability insurance of £2 million

Jacob and Sam are both undergraduate music students at the University of Nottingham, majoring in performance they both obtain a great deal of experience in performing numerous genres of music. Jacob is a professional singer/pianist, having been a private entertainer for most of his adult life, singing in jazz bars, pubs and for weddings and private functions as well as being classically trained as a tenor since the age of 14. Sam has been a sought-after guitarist since a very young age having developed a great skill in being able to both play intricately as well as perform well. Together they have played in numerous pubs across the Midlands and hope to venture out over the coming years. They have a keen interest for the classic easy listening songs from the likes of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin as well as music from the great pop musicians such as Stevie Wonder and Sting, but they are more than capable of playing almost any popular, jazz and soft rock song from the last 60 years or so.

The Bards travelled to Bristol to play for our wedding and we are so pleased they did. Communication was great and we requested what songs we wanted from their playlist. All our guests loved them, and were talking about them for weeks after! They were absolutely fantastic and set the tone for the day. We will definitely be back in touch for the next big celebration!
