Funeral Singer Sidcup, Bexley & London

I’m a professional funeral singer from Dublin, now based in Sidcup, South East London, providing live singing for funerals, church services, crematorium services, memorials and celebrations of life throughout Sidcup, Bexley, Bexleyheath, Chislehurst, Bromley, Greenwich, Dartford, Kent, Greater London and the surrounding areas. I understand how important music can be when saying goodbye to someone you love. My aim is always to provide beautiful, sensitive live music that reflects the person being remembered and helps create a meaningful and personal service for their family and friends. My funeral repertoire is extensive and includes traditional funeral hymns, sacred and classical music, contemporary songs, folk songs, traditional Irish music and personal requests. I sing in English, Irish Gaelic, Latin and Italian and am always happy to learn a particular song when it has special significance to a family. I can sing at funerals of all faiths and religious traditions, as well as non-religious funerals, crematorium services and celebrations of life. As an Irish singer, I also have a particular specialism in Irish and Catholic funerals. Having grown up with the Irish Catholic funeral tradition, I am very familiar with the structure of the Funeral Mass and the hymns and songs traditionally chosen by Irish families. I can help families select appropriate music for different parts of the Mass if they are unsure what to choose. I also provide music for Irish repatriation services in London and the UK, including Funeral Masses and farewell services held before a loved one is repatriated home to Ireland. Originally from Dublin, I trained as a classical singer and have enjoyed a long professional career performing in Ireland, the UK and internationally. I am a former lead singer with Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance and have performed with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, at the National Concert Hall Dublin, Dublin Castle and Cadogan Hall in London, as well as appearing regularly on Irish television. Although I have performed on some wonderful stages during my career, singing at funerals is something I approach very differently. It is a privilege to be trusted with such an important moment in a family’s life, and my priority is always to sing with warmth, sensitivity and respect. I am based in Sidcup and am particularly available for funerals throughout Bexley and South East London, while also travelling across Greater London, Kent and further afield.
