Brothers Ill & Billy have been playing country music since their days as boys on the Colorado creek ranch. Having moved to London to show the beautiful people of Great Britain the true charm of country music, they met Barry (a local wedding DJ) who said he loved the country, but didn't love the songs. They took Barry's set list and are now spreading their fun batch of pop country with a sprinkle of southern hospitality and humour and play all over Great Britain from festivals, to pubs, to weddings, to clubs and everything in between. y'all gotta ask yourself 'does this party need a little more country'

Although a bit above our original budget, this was money well spent. The Ill Billies made sure our party evening was a great success ... not only are they talented musicians but they had great rapport with the audience and had everyone joining in and singing along by the end of the evening. Would definitely recommend.

The Ill Billies were simple FANTASTIC , the range of music covered all areas and genres with that fabulous American twist . The Ill Billies were the perfect band to play at our daughters “last rodeo “ western themed 30th birthday . These boys certainly know how to get people on the dance floor 🤠 Highly recommend .. a huge Thankyou to you both x

The Ill Billies were an absolute hit here in the Falklands! They hit the ground running from the 18 hour flight and had the crowd in the palm of their hands from the moment they stepped on stage. They whole heartedly took part in the event, interacting and acting up with all the party goers! Their music was great.! Not only a damn fine pair of performers but two lovely, kind, caring and intelligent human beings! We’d have them back any time 😊

We used the Ill Billies for a staff Christmas party and they were absolutely amazing. Covering modern songs in a country style was a great fit for the party. They were really energetic, engaged with the audience and got the whole crowd on the dancefloor. Awesome performance and crowd interaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a country/western band. The Ill Billies were also some of the loveliest performers I've met and played a huge role in making our event a brilliant success. Thanks so much guys!

We can play a fully acoustic, more toned down version of our songs plus a few more romantic numbers to set the scene perfectly for your ceremony and blend into the background more to make it all about the important people... You! This includes music before the service begins, music during the signing of the register, and music as guests leave.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

We have fun. We done sing like Adele or play our instruments like Slash from Guns N Roese, but we have fun and so does everyone that comes along. We are all about entertaining and that's what we love to do.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

We have been performing for over 20 years together. We have played all the big UK Festivals such as Reading, Leeds, Boomtown, Wilderness, Secret Garden Party as all as local country pubs and wedding venues. We don't mind if there is 1 or 1000 people there, we just love to entertain

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

We always say, imagine the best wedding DJ in the world who plays hits after hit...this is our inspiration

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

The Formula 1 in Abu Dhabi Headline slot @ Wilderness Festival

Do you have different line-up options?

Unfortunately not - we are a duo consisting of - x1 Guitar Vocals Tambourine x2 Bass Vocals Kick Drum

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free. If you'd like a DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, we provide this for an additional £100

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 45 min to 1 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance

Can you roam around while you perform?

Yes - we perform acoustically with a small bass amp attached to our hip to add a little volume, then we just wonder and sing our little hearts out

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Our PA and lighting system is included in your quote. We usually require a minimum of 3 meters x 3 meters to perform

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £30 for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc
