Harpist - Maria Boyle

BMus (Hons). Maria has been playing the harp for 15 years from the age of 7 and has performed at a variety of events across Ireland including weddings, private functions, corporate and charity events from a young age. She holds a First Class honours degree in Music from Ulster University and a PGCE in Music with Specialist Instrumental teaching from Manchester Metropolitan University and The Royal Northern College of Music. Her repertoire consists of Irish traditional music along with classical music, hymns, contemporary and popular music suited to the harp and is always adding new material. Maria will create a relaxed and memorable atmosphere and is very happy to take specific music requests for events such as weddings to ensure that your special day is perfect! The harp is suitable for any kind of event, Maria can offer you a range of packages to suit your times and budget with a varied repertoire to suit any occasion. For weddings, Maria can provide wedding ceremony music of your choice, beautiful ambient music for a relaxed wedding reception and/ or evening meal for your guests to enjoy! She is beginning her PGCE Music teaching studies in September 2022 but would be delighted to perform at evening events and weekend weddings/events!
