We had a brilliant experience with this band from start to finish. Communication was great and proactive. They advised us really well about music choices and how to go about things and then did everything exactly as we'd asked them to. Everything went really smoothly on the night. Most importantly they played and sang brilliantly, played great music between their sets for us, and our guests all had a fabulous time on the dance floor. It was such a fun way to begin our married life. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Amazing! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better band for our wedding at Hengrave Hall! The set list was fantastic, but also the performances by all the band members was top quality - especially Sam as lead singer, Cat as female lead vocal and the saxophone player (didn’t catch his name!). So many people at our wedding complimented us after and said how they were the best wedding band they’d ever seen! Special thanks to Sam for also letting me have a little sing on two songs - made my day even more special! And my wife loved it even more! Would highly recommend Halfway to New York!

Halfway to New York were absolutely fantastic and made our Christmas Party - their song selections were spot on and kept the dance floor in full swing all night. They really are a brilliant band - true professionals and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic, highly highly recommend!! Sam and the band nailed it. Great acoustic set for the afternoon reception in the garden and then the full band for the evening. So many of our guests commented on how great the music was. Really professional, responded super quickly. They sorted all the set up on the day no fuss at all and rolled with the delays! I couldn't recommend more highly.

Yes, we always use our awesome singer, Sam!

Do you have different line-up options?

Our Standard Line-up is a 4 piece band: Drums, Bass, Guitar, Male vocalist/Keys. Optional Extras are Female Vocalist and/or Saxophone

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

No problem - just let us know in good time and we can make allowances

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes Playlist music between our sets is included free of charge. If you would like a manned DJ set that is chargeable. Prices on request. The main difference between the two is that the playlist option is set in stone, but the manned DJ option can take requests, mix songs and read the vibe of the room
