Hey! We are Gemma & Jonny. We are an acoustic duo from Manchester. We perform soul, funky mashups, classic singalongs dance & R&B. We perform daytime to dance floor with percussion to lift the vibe when it gets to party time! We also both sing incredible lead vocals giving us an extra edge to our performance, which also extends our repertoire tremendously! We are also a couple very much in love so performing for other couples special day is just extremely heart warming! We love that we get to share our passion together. We have both worked on cruise ships and overseas 5* residency contacts in Dubai, China & Greece! We both feel very lucky that our passion has taken us all over the world. But there is no better feeling than being part of someone's special day and hearing 'you made our day' is music to our ears. Gemma & Jonny also extend their duo to a 4+ piece band with bass & drummer!

Gemma, I can not put into words how amazing you and Jonny where. Incredible. Everyone said the best bit was the wedding breakfast. Everyone loved you and I mean loved you! We are very interactive with the crowd to get them involved. We take requests on the spot and make guests feel extra special!

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

We're both influenced by a variety of artists! Gemma loves classic vocals from Etta James, Whitney and old school divas! Jonny is into more rock bands and the heavy stuff! However we both love the smooth sounds of City & Colour.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Recently at The UK Festival Awards 2023!

Do you have different line-up options?

Our line up is initially an acoustic duo, female and lead vocals, guitar + stomp box. We can offer up to a 5 piece band. female & male lead Vocals, guitar, bass, keys & drums. We can also add sax to any of our line ups.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know at your earliest convenience as we often could have a booking before or after your booking so everything will run to a schedule on the day.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 hour before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!”

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event. We can send over a full repertoire so you can pick out your absolute must haves!

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Our PA and lighting system is included in your quote.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. You can choose up to 3 special song requests for us to learn for free.
